1) In accordance with section 9 of the Act, the authority may send a written order to the relevant agency to seize the property related to it until the part of the construction is demolished or removed. .
(2) If it comes in writing according to sub-rule (1), such body should also do it in accordance with the written form from the authority.
(3) The Authority may request cooperation from the Government of Nepal or other agencies in matters such as security in relation to the work to be done in accordance with the Act or this regulation.
(4) If the authority requests assistance according to sub-rule (3), the relevant agency shall provide necessary assistance to the authority.
